2020 translational research best paper award for Wido Heeman
Lapvas-Imaging PhD candidate Wido Heeman (LIMIS Development BV/University of Groningen Campuys Fryslân) has visited the 2020 SPIE Photonics west conference where he had the honor of presenting the first-in-human laparoscopic study about the Lapvas-Imaging technology. He won 2020 translational research best paper award out of 180 papers! This award was won due to the high translational research character of the study meaning it has the potential to change the current standard of care. Well done!
